HDCC Jaarbeurs, 22 & 23 november
Originally, 4ALL Levels was set to host UNRELEASED on the mainstage of the gaming area at Comic Con.
However, when the opportunity arose to build and operate our own booth, we had to move fast. Within a limited timeframe, we needed to design, produce, and activate a fully branded booth experience—while simultaneously managing a full stage program.
Balancing both a live show and a high-impact booth activation created a complex logistical and creative challenge under tight deadlines.
We turned the booth into a dynamic content hub.
By combining creators, interactive experiences, and brand integrations, we created a space where visitors could engage with the brands while content was produced live on-site.
Despite an extremely limited setup window, we delivered a fully operational booth experience:
The activation attracted a high number of visitors to the booth, with continuous engagement from attendees throughout the event. Guests didn’t just pass by, they actively participated in the experiences, from interacting with the Carrera setup to engaging with the brands and creators on-site.
At the same time, multiple livestream moments extended the reach beyond the venue, bringing the Comic Con experience to an online audience. The first edition of UNRELEASED was successfully launched and received, further strengthening the overall impact of the activation.
This activation showcased how quickly a concept can scale when creativity, partnerships, and execution come together.
FRITZ!Box and Carrera were able to introduce their products to a highly engaged and relevant audience in an authentic way, while Monster Energy successfully generated awareness and sign-ups for its upcoming Beast the Pro event, while also giving away a lot of Monster Energy cans.
This demonstrated 4ALL Levels’ ability to move beyond traditional campaign execution, transforming a last-minute opportunity into a fully integrated brand experience that delivers real impact across multiple touchpoints.
