1. Organization & Scope

This giveaway (“the Giveaway”) is organized by 4ALL Levels B.V. The promotion is valid in the Netherlands and Belgium (Benelux). By participating in this promotion, you agree to these general terms and conditions.

2. Promotion Period & Participation

The promotion takes place during the Beast the Pro livestream on Saturday, November 29, 2025.
The promotion period begins at the start of the stream and ends when the stream concludes.

3. How to Participate

Participation in the Giveaway is through the StreamElements Giveaway Manager.

To join, tune into the stream and follow the instructions provided during the stream or in the chat.

All valid entries submitted during the promotion period are eligible to win prizes.

4. Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded:
• 1× COD: BO7 game keys 
• 1× COD 2XPLED 
• Special discount codes

The prizes are personal and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
The organizer reserves the right to replace prizes with items of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Contact

After the livestream, the winners will be contacted within 7 days after the promotion via the email address provided during the stream.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Participation Conditions

Participation is free of charge, and no purchase is required.
• Participants must be 18 years or older and reside in the Netherlands or Belgium.
• Employees of Monster Energy, 4ALL Levels, and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
• Incomplete, incorrect, or late entries will not be considered.
• The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

7. Personal Data & Privacy

Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the execution of this promotion.
The data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
After the promotion ends, the data will be deleted unless participants have explicitly consented to further communication.

8. Liability & Force Majeure

The organizer and its partners cannot be held liable for technical problems, malfunctions, or other circumstances that prevent participation in the promotion.
In the event of force majeure (such as power outages, network problems, or other unforeseen situations), the organizer may modify, postpone, or cancel the promotion without prior notice.

9. Final Provisions

In cases not covered by these terms, the organizer will decide.
This promotion is governed by Dutch law.
